FAIR OAKS, CA (MPG) - Congressman Ami Bera, M.D. visited Fair Oaks to celebrate the over $560,000 in federal funding that he helped secured for the Fair Oaks Community Clubhouse, an important gathering place for the Sacramento community.

This funding will support accessibility upgrades for the clubhouse by building a new ADA-accessible ramp for the main entry of the facility and installing a new lift for the facilities stage, making the clubhouse accessible to residents of all ages.

“I’m proud to have worked with local community partners to bring this federal funding to Sacramento County,” said Congressman Ami Bera, M.D. as he congratulated Fair Oaks community leaders.
