SACRAMENTO, CA (MPG) – Single Mom Strong, the nonprofit devoted to empowering single mothers and their children, is proud to present its annual “Love Your Life” event, a joyful Valentine’s Day celebration focused on self-love and community connection. This inspiring evening will take place from 6:30 to 9 p.m. Feb. 14 at the Capitol Event Center in Sacramento. Proceeds from the event benefit Single Mom Strong’s ongoing programs and services.

“Love Your Life” offers a meaningful alternative to the pressures of traditional Valentine’s Day by inviting single mothers to honor themselves, build connections and enjoy a night intentionally designed for joy and encouragement.

The event features a red-carpet entrance with complimentary photos, a catered dinner, inspiring female speakers and opportunities to explore self-care giveaways, all in a warm, welcoming space that celebrates women’s strength and resilience.

While moms enjoy dinner and connection, children will be cared for by Single Mom Strong’s experienced EmpowerME Childcare Team, with fun activities and a kid-friendly meal provided. The evening concludes with a sweet dessert and a special surprise as families reunite to end the night on a memorable note.

In recognition of women who exemplify courage and growth, Single Mom Strong will also honor recipients of the GRIT & GROWTH AWARD, celebrating those who continue to show up for themselves and their families despite life’s challenges, and the Inspiration Award, honoring a single mother in the Single Mom Strong community who has inspired others with her incredible accomplishments.
