SACRAMENTO, CA (MPG) – The 2026 Northern California PGA Legends Championship concluded April 28–29 at the Alister MacKenzie Golf Course at Haggin Oaks, where Mick Soli delivered a commanding performance to capture both the Professionals 70–75 division title and Overall Championship with rounds of 66-67-133 (11 under par).

Soli’s victory was punctuated by one of the most memorable moments of the championship, a hole-in-one in the third hole during the final round. Mick hit a beautifully cut little eight iron that landed 15 feet behind the hole and slowly spun and trickled into the cup, his 31st career ace. The shot, witnessed by his playing partners, set the tone for a dominant performance that carried through both rounds.

Chuck Richesin separated himself among the amateur competitors with a dominate victory by four strokes, firing 67-71-138 (four under par). No stranger to winning, Richesin has a long history of competing at Haggin Oaks and winning amateur championships.
