We will be serving the following 3 Pairings for $40 per person and Wine Club $35

Come tantalize your taste buds with Our Friday Night Flights featuring the following pairings:

Scallops & Floral Pappardelle paired with our Barrel Aged Chardonnay 2022. A Pair of Seared Diver Scallops Glamorously Residing atop a Nest of Floral Pappardelle, Dressed with Barrel Aged Chardonnay Beurre Blanc, & Garnished w/Dill and Pickled Romanesco.

Braised Beef Lasagna paired with our Merlot 2020. Braised Beef Lasagna w/ Creamy Ricotta & Mozzarella Cheeses, Tomato Sauce consisting of Basil, Garlic, and Vine Ripened Tomato which is Blended with our Merlot 2020. This mouthwatering Italian beauty is made with Fresh Pasta and Finished with Focaccia & Parmesan Crumble.

Pork Belly Confit paired with Zinfandel Old Clone 2021. Pork Belly, Dried w/ our Salt Rub consisting of Dried Chilies, Thyme, Kosher Salt, Star Anise, and Cinnamon. Then this Delectable concoction is Sous Vide and Served atop a foundation of Garlic Miso Green Beans. Finally we Glazed The Pork Belly w/ Chili Honey & Microgreens.

Each Guest must purchase their own ticket for the flight.
