Fidelis K9 Dog Training Celebrates Ribbon Cutting

The Orangevale Chamber of Commerce, along with an enthusiastic crowd of family, friends, clients and community leaders, celebrated the grand opening of Fidelis K9 Dog Training with a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Sept. 21.
